Troubleshooting and FAQ

Find the message you see on screen to learn what it means and what to do.

Looking up your registration

This does not look like a license number

The Swiss Ice Skating number must be 4 to 10 digits. Letters, dashes and other symbols are not accepted; spaces are ignored. Copy the number exactly from your membership card.

No registered participant found

RallyHub could not find an active entry with this number in this competition. Check that:

  • you typed the number correctly,
  • you opened the right competition (go back to All competitions),
  • the organizer has already registered you — registrations come from the organizer's official list and cannot be created from this page.

If everything looks right, contact the competition organizer: your entry may be missing from the list, registered under a different number, or removed.

Choosing a file

This file type is not supported

Only MP3, M4A and WAV are accepted. Convert the file — see Accepted formats.

This file could not be read

The file is not playable audio: it may be copy-protected, damaged or renamed from another format. Check that it plays on your computer, then export it again — see The file must be playable.

Duration outside the allowed range

This is a warning, not an error. Make sure you picked the right cut of your music; you can still select Submit anyway if your category allows an exception. See Duration.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to submit music?

No. Participants only need their Swiss Ice Skating number. Accounts are for organizers.

Can someone else submit music for me?

Yes — a parent, coach or club official can submit with your Swiss Ice Skating number. The number identifies your registration; it is not a password, so only share it with people you trust to manage your music.

I skate in two categories. Do I look myself up twice?

No. One lookup lists all your programs in the competition, in every category.

How do I know the organizer received my music?

The page shows Music received after a successful upload, and the program shows Ready (or Warning) the next time you look yourself up.

Who can listen to my music?

Only the competition's organizers. Files are stored privately and download links expire after a few minutes.

Can I delete my music?

You can replace it at any time until the deadline. To withdraw music completely, contact the organizer.
