What is RallyHub?

RallyHub collects the music for every program skated at a figure skating competition — before the deadline, in the right format and at the right length — and shows organizers at a glance what is ready, what needs a second look and what is still missing.

Who RallyHub is for

RallyHub has two kinds of users, and each has its own part of the app.

How it works

The organizer registers the participants. The official participant list comes from the competition organizer. RallyHub never lets anyone add themselves — you can only find a registration that already exists.
Each participant uploads one music file per program. A skater in Junior Women skates a Short Program and a Free Skating, so they upload two files. RallyHub checks each file's format and length straight away.
The organizer follows progress. The music dashboard counts every program as Ready, Warning, Invalid or Missing, so the organizer knows exactly whom to follow up with.
The deadline closes submissions. After the deadline set by the organizer, participants can no longer replace their music online.

Words you will see

A competition is organized in layers. Knowing them makes every screen easier to read.

Competition — the event, e.g. Coupe des Cimes 2026, with dates and a location.
Category — a group of skaters competing against each other, e.g. Junior Women or Advanced Novice Boys.
Segment — one part of a category's competition, e.g. Short Program or Free Skating. Each segment has its own music requirement.
Entry — one skater's registration in one category of a competition.
Program — one entry skating one segment. Each program needs exactly one music file. The dashboards count programs, not people.
