Replace music and deadlines

Changed your choreography, or sent the wrong cut? You can replace your music as often as you need — until the organizer's deadline.

Replace your music

  1. Open the program again

Look yourself up with your Swiss Ice Skating number, as in Submit your competition music, and select the program.

  2. Check what is already there

The page shows Music already received with the file name and when it arrived, so you can confirm which version the organizer has.

The submission page with a notice: Music already received — anna_mueller_free_2026.mp3 was received; submitting a new file will replace it.
  3. Choose the new file and submit

Choose your new file, check the results and select Submit music. The new file replaces the previous one as soon as you see Music received.

Animation: on a program that already has music, the skater chooses a new file, sees the checks pass and submits it.
Replacing a file takes the same steps as the first submission.

Submission deadlines

Each segment can have a submission deadline set by the organizer. Until then you can submit and replace music freely. After the deadline:

  • The lookup shows Deadline passed next to the program.
  • The upload page shows Music submissions are closed with the date the deadline passed.
  • Music you already submitted stays with the organizer — nothing is removed.
Lookup result where the Free Skating program shows a lock icon and “Deadline passed”.
The submission page with a notice: Music submissions are closed — the deadline for this segment passed; contact the competition organizer.

Still need to change your music after the deadline? Contact the competition organizer directly — they decide whether a late change is possible.

When your entry was removed

If the organizer removed your entry from the competition, you can no longer look it up or submit music for it. If you think this is a mistake, contact the organizer: removed entries keep their music and can be restored at any time.
